I am a beginner with Hugo, and I like the Toha theme. If I want to deploy Toha on a server, should I use https://github.com/hugo-toha/hugo-toha.github.io or https://github.com/hugo-toha/toha? What is the relationship between these two?
PS: I have already run https://github.com/hugo-toha/hugo-toha.github.io locally. And i want to add some custom functionalities, such as adding some other languages in i18n
