Change the start_url of the PWA from home to base URL #6662

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Install Humhub app on the Desktop
  2. Change the home URL of the Humhub instance
  3. Open the app

What is the expected result?

The new home page is displayed.

What do you get instead?

The old one is displayed (or a 404 if the old has been removed).

Additional info

This is a problem for people that already installed the app on their desktop.
We cannot ask them to remove and reinstall it if the home page URL changes.
