Pentium Pro CPU and Licenses

This release corrects a few issues in 1.0, namely:

• adds license info generated via make license-info in buildroot, including for SeaBIOS
• corrects the cpu processor type in the Linux and Buildroot configs to Pentium Pro from Pentium M, which was causing floating point failures in v86.
