https://github.com/RFO-BASIC/Basic,
The engine is under a GPL3 license found at
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0-standalone.html

As stated in rfo manual found at
https://github.com/RFO-BASIC/De-Re-Basic
(Release 1.92 page 217),

the license applies only to the engine, not to
any app source code that uses the engine.
