Icons placed at home screen gets unresponsive, meaning that no context menu is shown and of course you can't delete or move using Lean options or default one.
So, long press don't show options, and drag doesn't invoke que default options to "remove" or "uninstall".
I've found that entering Lean Options or swapping launcher for a moment and reenabling Lean does fix it. Today i've fixed it changing option "Hide App name (In your app Drawer)".
Regards.
