This module is an add-on to the FAQ module that allows users with the new 'ask question' permission to create a question which will be queued for an 'expert' to answer.
The users with 'ask question' can submit their questions on /faq-ask route.
The unanswered questions can be seen on /faq-ask/unanswered. Youhave to simply edit them, fill out the body field and save it.
The settings is at /admin/config/content/faq/experts
The most important about this is the notification setting. You can define experts for every FAQ content type related taxonomy terms. If you check 'Notify experts', all related experts will be notified when a quesion comes in.
