Add

• forcereset flag which will clear away the local TEXMF directory used by tllocalmgr. Note that this operation is destructive but should only affect tllocalmgr modules. This flag is useful/required for helping with the changes to how tllocalmgr uses the local TEXMF.
• noconfirm flag which causes tllocalmgr to call makepkg with --noconfirm (resolves #2)

Changes

• use system tlpkg modules instead (this way we no longer a bound to specific releases of TeXLive, the manager should now work for any version greater than 2022).
• correctly structure local TEXMF (previously we would store intermediary files in a adhoc texmf directory in the users home directory, this however was not structured correctly, meaning explicit paths had to be stored in tllocalmgr script to access some modules).

With this release, the tllocalmgr project is forked from upstream. All patches previously used in the AUR tllocalmgr package are now applied here.
