First create the LDC of node1 and then add the disk sdc but the LDC has no bound

This is the expected result. If no disk is available when Claiming for a disk, but a new disk is added later, the new disk will not be immediately bound to the previous Claim.

How to reclaim disks on a node？

I think what we need to solve is how to handle the Claim to reapply for disk.
