Acceptance Criteria:

Complete the TODO-list overview of React on MDN (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn/Tools_and_testing/Client-side_JavaScript_frameworks/React_getting_started).

The goal of this analysis is to prepare for componentizing our frontend in Phase 2. We'll have to test our components using a framework such as Mocha or Jest, but for now, we'll just need to learn React to prep for Phase 2.
