Once again our Windows pipeline was bricked and qt5-tools need to be pinned (see #1802). Symptoms were different compared to #1559 but cause seemed to be similar.

For any upcoming release we should checked whether the then most current version will work again.

Update: qt5 package had to be pinned as well (see #1930)
