Tools for quantitative analysis of the hydrologic system.

Functions:

dailyQ - Takes the daily mean or daily sum of a set of disharge data.
ratingCurve - Computes stage-discharge relation
RB_Flashiness - Richards-Baker Flashiness Index for a series of daily mean discharges.
flow_duration - Creates the flow duration curve for a flow dataset.
Lyne_Hollick - Recursive digital filter for baseflow separation. Based on Lyne and Hollick, 1979.
Eckhardt - Recursive digital filter for baseflow separation. Based on Eckhardt, 2004.
sinuosity - Calculates sinuosity for an entire stream or for each reach.
