Motivation

Similar line of reasoning as SeldonIO/seldon-core#2302 - remove security warnings on a package that is no longer supported.

Impact

This doesn't impact consumers of the library (who aren't running tests), just developers of this library. Fixing this will address this security warning: https://pyup.io/repos/github/hydrosquall/tiingo-python/commits/?page=1#968d22a44edfa94d7665b9accf5f1c3e0ab15998
