Goal

Establish a standard for optimizations about TPS

How to

  • Add one to cargo bench
  • Use test_network crate

What to be measured

TPS := (txs/block)/(block/sec)

  • iroha_telemetry::metrics::Metrics has the source

Issue

Generate a series of transactions with some diversity and reproduce it
