Hi, thanks for the wonderful work on this gem!

I sometimes find myself in the position where I want to stop/start my sidekiq or web worker without taking down the whole enchilada, any way these tasks could be parameterized to allow for that?

Also, and somewhat unrelated: any hints on whether there's a rolling restart would be great, as I used to get a seamless deploy with puma/sidekiq capistrano configs, but foreman doesn't do the same. Well aware this might just be a limitation of using systemctl, however.
