Question about iCloud / sync backend

Hey!

I love hyphen, its the only thing i can tolerate reading on in iOS. I've been using it for years now.

I also read on an ereader tho, running koreader, and I was wondering how I might be able to pull/fetch/read some of the metadata from icloud (or some other api/backend?) so that I could write an integration for the KOreader syncing functionality.

I'm primarily interested in syncing epubs and reading positions, but I'd be happy to cover as much feature integration as is feasible and publish the server once its running.

If it's not at-all possible, no worries! I'll figure something out. Thanks again for hyphen, it really is fantastic.

Hi! This is a great question. What would this look like for you in its ideal form? Are there any existing services you use that have this kind of syncing?
