This variant is soon to be removed from the upstream `tailwind` preset as it only applies to the `client` application.

This is part of preparing for v6.0 of the
frontend-sharedpackage. Clean-theme styling only applies to theclient, so we'll be removing thetheme-cleanvariant from the upstream preset (config).
