For better versioning we should rename the HYPRIOT_TAG to HYPRIOT_OS_VERSION

Example:

HYPRIOT_OS="HypriotOS/armhf"
HYPRIOT_OS_VERSION="v0.6.1"
HYPRIOT_DEVICE="Raspberry Pi"
HYPRIOT_IMAGE_VERSION="v0.1.1"
