StreamGirl - A Streaming Software

Hello there! StreamGirl project is a powerful streaming software. It allows web admins to quickly add videos and pictures. It's responsive and well coded website, foccussing on ease for viewers and admins.

Features

1. Combined script to manage videos and pictures, albums too.

2. Stream full HD videos on any device as responsiveness is my first priority.

3. There are two use cases. One is for visitors or viewers and other is for admin.

4. Admin interface has all the needed functions to manage the website. They can create categories, upload album, upload videos, put links, manually define meta descriptions and keywords, thumbnails etc.

5. Core PHP back end support with SQL, the ultimate database support powers up this website and rockets it smoothly. Thus, easy to scale.

6. Seperate likes and views count feature for every video and album along with stars

7. The greatest feature is that every part of code is open and you can experiment with the code. So, try mixing your imagination and let's build it to another next level.

8. Upload, import, stream or embed any media. The smart way to manage videos.

System Requirements

• PHP 7.8
• Javascript
• 250 MB Minimum RAM
• 5 GB Free Storage for file storage

Getting Started

1. Create a folder named "StreamGirl" without quotes in htdocs folder in case of XAMPP and www in case of WAMP.
2. Clone the repo inside that folder.
3. Open phpmyadmin.
4. Create a database named "streamgirl" without quotes.
5. Import "streamgirl.sql" file from "Seed" folder located in root directory of the project to the newly created database "streamgirl".
6. All set to got. Open your localhost and then start adding categories, stars, videos, pictures, albums etc.
7. Admin access is at /admin in address bar. When prompted for user name and password, username "chitti" and pass "1234" without quotes. You can change it from index.php located in the admin folder in the root directory.
