The standard described here has a serious issue. It is basically the same than here and both are pointing to the same dbpedia resource.
In addition, they don't have relation between them.

The same dbpedia link is due to the fact that Wikipedia or dbpedia do not maintain separate web pages for different parts and sections of a given standard. They usually mention the parts and the sections briefly in the generic web page. The examples mentioned above are sections 601 and 701 of the "standard IEC 60870 Part 6". I did not perceive this as a problem. Please let me know if this needs some change.

I think that the main issue is the missing link between the sections and the 'core' standard. I just added
stoIEC_60870_XX_YYY_ZZZ sto:isPartOf sto:IEC_60870
but only for this standard.
