CommonDomainCookie Element

The <commonDomainCookie> element allows for setting up CDC (Common Domain Cookie). It exposes two attributes:

Attribute	Use
enabled	When set to true, CDC is enabled. Defaults to false.
localReaderEndpoint	The local URL to use for CDC login.
