Fixed issue where CMake config was broken and could not be used to import Pgs++ from other projects.

Pgs++ v1.0.0

First full release of Pgs++. This version includes everything necessary to read binary PGS data from disk.

Packages for Fedora 33 are provided below. Binaries for other OSes can be built by following the instructions in the README.

Package Manager Testing

Alpha release of version 0.1.0.

While mainly being used to testing building with RPM and DEB, the project code is feature complete. The library can be used in other projects most easily by using this release as a git sub-module and making it a sub-project in CMake. Other configurations are not supported at this time.
