Unable to start OxygenU #4

OxygenU.exe opens the interface when run, but after a few seconds the program crashes
no error message

OS: Windows 10 Pro 22H2
OS Version: 19045.2965

I have made sure to completely disable Windows Defender and other antivirus software (including the firewall) before running OxygenU
