It doesn't say explicitly here, but it should work in general for underlined text.

For example, type help fish or something, and see all the underlined commands that would then be clickable.

Global underlined, non-url links is definitely an mxp feature. This would only affect those two instances specially, unless there is some way of spoofing mxp from client side.
