When building a URL, with `NO_ADD_SID`, it could happen that there are no other query parameters. In this case, we can leave `$url` as it is.

Another release would be great. Then I could deploy to production. Can't promise that no new pull request will emerge from that :-) But these two pull requests came from staging, so I think we're good. |
