  1. team racing and driver swaps 

    - Reacting to driver swaps in iRacingAPI
- hold teamid and teamname (from teams.csv) in DriverInfo
- hold teams.csv in SharedData
- added new cars and tracks in cars.ini/tracks.ini
- build name from team + driver in webTiming, if team racing
- overwrite fullname, shortname, initials from data.csv in theme
- alternating label text properties in theme
