We'd want to make the clicked node and its owning tree available to the expression...

I.E.:

<div ivh-treeview="fancy.data"
     ivh-treeview-toggle="fancy.toggleCb(ivhNode, ivhTree)"
     ivh-treeview-cb-click="fancy.onCheckBoxClick(ivhNode, ivhTree)"></div>
