One question drives me:
"Can a system of AI agents reliably handle the work of a data team (pipelines, analysis, reporting, QA) at scale?"
I think so. I'm building toward it.
I've spent 15+ years shipping software in small teams that punch above their weight. I've run companies, grown engineering teams, built SaaS platforms, and helped clients raise millions.
Running teams for years taught me one thing: output breaks down at the coordination layer, not the talent layer.
That's the same problem I'm now solving with AI agents, and I think it will define how data teams operate in the future.
- Bootyard (2011β2024) β Ruby on Rails consultancy. Grew to 30+ people. Shipped platforms for HURR (Selfridges, Matches, John Lewis, Rixo white-labels), contributed to a US startup that exited in 2022 (LeagueSide β TeamSnap).
- Codetoki (2012β2015) β Spun out of Bootyard, funded in Singapore, recognized by Microsoft, ADB, and WEF/Young Global Leaders.
- Adematic (2024βPresent) β This is where the agent work happens. I build AI systems with a minimalist playbook: prompt engineering grounded in research, RAG for context you can check, and fine-tuning only when it pays off. Day to day, I engineer end-to-end AI systems: document and OCR pipelines, LLM + RAG, inference infrastructure, using Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and containers.
Iβm currently pursuing a Masterβs in Artificial Intelligence (final year) at the University of Waikato to sharpen the practical AI I put into products. Therefore, I accept only a limited number of engagements per quarter to stay focused. If you believe in simple plans, steady delivery, and software that earns its keep, weβre already on the same side!
LexiTau is a multi-tenant, safety-first Text-to-SQL platform that turns natural-language questions about business data into read-only, explainable SQL queries. It bridges the gap between human intent and database logic by teaching the model to βspeak the databaseβs languageβ β profiling tables, linking metadata, and enforcing guardrails before execution.

The Study Space Occupancy Detector (SSOD) is an IoT-based system developed to monitor and optimize the utilization of study spaces in university settings. Using sensors like Raspberry Pi, Infrared Tracking Sensors, and thermistors, the system tracks real-time room occupancy, temperature, and environmental conditions. This data is sent to a central Django-based application for analysis and visualization, enabling universities to manage study space availability efficiently and enhance the overall student experience. SSOD aims to ensure that students have access to productive and comfortable study environments, while also supporting energy-efficient campus operations.
