Can you explain why this is a problem? It doesn't seem to affect anyone's installation.

Everybody who has one of the two, for whatever reason, is (of course) not affected. Everybody who starts from scratch, should do what? Ignore dependency declaration? Not run tests? Get an older version? Which? Install from package manager?

I'm wondering about the counter question, the answer seems so obvious to me. Maybe I'm missing something?
