This adds a logo to the sidebar and home page of the documentation, as well as to the README (so hopefully this brightens up the docs).
An initial discussion happened in #162 ; this is an actually tested pull request with the files in the correct places.
(The use of Slonik has been approved by the PostgreSQL community association; I have the agreed license, and can share in the appropriate place.)
