[BUG] Notification button doesn't work but click does

Windows 11 notification toast button doesn't work but when set to click mode works correctly. I also noticed that paused and stopped are both shown as paused in the notifications.

Weird, this seems to work on Linux just fine- so likely a bug in the dependency.

I also noticed that paused and stopped are both shown as paused in the notifications.

That is expected- anything under 80% is marked as pause instead of stop. Docs

Just tested on Windows 10, both click and button work perfectly. Maybe this is a windows bug? We use the winrt API, which should JustWork™️
