Fixed an issue where if there is an error in the initial loading the app would just stall on the loading spinner. Now the login dialog will come up again.
Note this is not a perfect fix. The error message is stuck below the login dialog and will only show up after a successful login.
If you are able to successfully login note the error message you see is likely from the previous loading error.
