Thank you for maintaining this great library! Quick question, is there a schedule for releases or do they happen at discretion? Just wondering, noticed the last one is from last year (and hasn't made it to PyPI yet). |

This PR adds support for a missing IFD data type.
The values come from https://clanmills.com/exiv2/book/#8-3 (lead developer of exiv2).
In my case it fixed a problem while reading GPSInfo tags from an image.
