Added XMLdoc files and Proposition.InitialProbability

This release includes files containing the XML docstrings so they'll show up in Visual Studio when you're editing your code. I also added the ability to set initial probabilities on individual propositions, at the request of a user.

Initial test release

This is an initial binary release of CatSAT. To use it, drop the appropriate DLL into your Unity project. Also make sure your Unity project is configured to support the .NET 4.6 API.
