The solution code is based on https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.3847/0004-637X/818/2/152 by Prof. Xue-Ning Bai at DoA and IAS, Tsinghua University. It mainly utilizes the Newton-Raphson Iteration, quasi-Newton and Bisection to find the correct parameters, hence the slow/fast Alfven point with proper initial guesses.
