Fiji plugins for Tefor project.
So far, the following to plugins have been added:
- SaveAsGzipNrrd: available after installation under File > Save As > Compressed Nrrd..., it saves the currently selected image in NRRD format with gzip compression.
- CreateMedian_: available after installation under Plugins > Tefor > Create Median Volume..., it creates a median image out of all images stored in a folder (use virtual stacks to save RAM memory at the expense of speed of processing).
