To get the code here to work, please download and add the @tree (https://tinevez.github.io/matlab-tree/) package to your MATLAB path.
You can run the peeling algorithm and export the data as a 3d array by running the ExportTreesToPython.m file. Make sure to edit line 22 to match your own directory.
