Related to #520, but IMO #520 is all about fully supporting the new Java programming model being delivered in Fabric v2.0.
The smart contract generator has an option for creating Go and Java chaincode (old, low-level programming model projects). We should expose these options via the create smart contract project wizard so that users who really want to use Go and Java can still get started with the extension.
