The local Fabric nodes do not currently support TLS. The url property of a FabricNode should be permitted to have a grpcs:// URL, and an additional pem property that contains the CA certificate(s) used to verify the connection to that node.

This issue won't change the local Fabric to use TLS by default - that can come later.
