icp-deploy.tf doesn't parse the image location correctly when username credential as part of the path #11

If I define something like below in variable file:

 icp_inception_image = "gangchen@us.ibm.com:AKCp5bBgvkrYyoejNTAVYqrFU@hyc-cloud-private-release-docker-local.artifactory.swg-devops.com/ibmcom-amd64/icp-inception:3.1.0"

The icpdeploy.tf will get confused by the extra @ and fail the installation.
Need to correct the parse logic to handle this case.
