Describe the bug
Quality Gate when failed , there should be an option to stop the Tekton Pipeline from further progressing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a Tekton Pipeline involving Sonar Static code analysis
Create a Quality Gate
Create some bug in the code with the Quality Gate condition
Run the Pipeline , make sure it failed
The pipeline proceeds further even though Quality Gate failed

Expected behavior
The pipeline should stop.
