  1. pdbg: Add patch to fix segfault when using sbefifo as backend 

    After moving to pdbg3.0 and using -b sbefifo instead of default
kernel backend with stop_all() & sreset_all() both pdbg CLI and
API was hitting segmentation fault. Including these commits fixed
the segmentation fault and was able to trigger NMI.
