binclock - a simple binary clock

Outputs current %H:%M:%S as a binary string every second.

Options:
	-0	The character to represent the 0 bit.

	-1	The character to represent the 1 bit.

	-s	The character to separate hours, minutes, and seconds.

	-o	Output binary time only once, then exit.
