cimg-ruby also uses jemalloc by default, so if you use a version of ruby that will be released in the future, this change will not be necessary.

概要
cimg-rubyですでに配布されているバージョンの ruby が jemalloc を利用していないので、自前で ruby をビルドするようにしました。
cimg-ruby もデフォルトでjemalloc を使うようになったので、今後配布されるバージョンについては自前でrubyをビルドする必要はなさそうなので、 ruby 3.0.5 を利用する間だけの暫定処置です。
