Score Client Redirect Page Goes to Broken Link

Steps to Reproduce Issue:

1. Go to Google and search "ICGC Score Client"
2. Click the top search result: Score Client - ICGC DCC Docs
3. You land on a redirect page, that should send you to the correct Score docs page in 5 seconds, or click the provided link to go immediately.
4. Observe that, whether you wait or click right away, the resulting page is a broken link (Page Not Found Error).

Requested Fix:

• Fix the redirect URL so it goes to the correct place:
  https://docs.icgc.org/software/download/#score-client
• From that link, the User can access other pages related to the Score client.
• Alternatively, we can simply remove the old page so that search results just start hitting the new page; however the issue is the old page still generates the top hits, may need to contact Google to have the results removed - try here:
  https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/6349986?hl=en
