Bug-fix/quality release. Fixes include:
- Fixing an error in Hunt the Wumpus with blank input.
- Making the prime bet in Roulette work like other called bets.
- Setting the number of turns in a game of Roulette to the number of spins.
- Stopped Cribbage from scoring two card runs.
- Made the ambiguous move check in Backgammon aware of blocked points.
- Fixed Mate being unable to handle non-move commands.
- Reversed the order of default moves in Mate.
- Fixed multiple bugs with turning in Thoughtful Solitaire.
