Poe3 install instructions from new Ubuntu 12.04

sudo apt-get install build-essential - To build node.js from source. - node.js packaged with the distro is often outdated.

Install node.js - Download source tarball from nodejs.org (http://nodejs.org/dist/v0.8.11/node-v0.8.11.tar.gz) - configure - make - sudo make install
