I hope you're time in Thailand is going well I have added a setup section to the readme, being new to node I was unaware of nvm or the 0.11.x syntax. Thanks for you response in emails. This code was worked perfect for me once I figured out how to get node 0.11.x installed with nvm. Hopefully my addidion to the readme can help anyone else who might use this module. Thanks again
