Conflict between address on the map and on the form

The application allows users to specify an address of the form (address text box) that i different than the place of the marker on the map. However when someone makes changes on the backend (for example changes the status) and saves the issue info the address is updated according to the position of the marker on the map.
This is confusing because the user believes that he has entered the correct address but when a manages modifies issue information and saves it again this address is lost.
