Overview

This pull request addresses several defects and introduces new enhancements across all applications and documentation, including:

• Fix a defect relating to handling database IDs, leading to a major overhaul of the way database ids are handled. These changes close Unexpected behaviour in reftran.exe MeasurementIDs removed #203
• New functionality to add (a-posteriori) Type b uncertainties, which closes Create the ability to add in Type B positional uncertainties after adjustment #31
• New support for ITRF2020, which closes Add support for ITRF2020 #206
• Improve command line interface help:
  • closes geoid.exe --text-file mode: ‘default’ direction is documented incorrectly (v 1.2.6, 06 SEPT) #185
  • closes geoid.exe --verbose option does NOT currently result in a log file. (Does this affect other DynAdjust exe too?) (v 1.2.6, 06 SEPT)  #186
  • addresses geoid.exe --verbose option: Request for command line reference to indicate that output is to be directed to log file. (v 1.2.6, 06 SEPT)  #187
