This is a web app that allows users to query weather conditions for any city and updates the background image to match the city

Technologies utilized:
- HTML
- CSS (LESS)
- JavaScript (AngularJS)

Steps to launch project:
1) Open command line path to:    /WeatherApp
2) Install packages via command: npm install
3) Run local server via command: gulp
4) View project in browser at:   http://localhost:9005/
